De-Stress Art Ritual
January 2019Art Therapy was part of the Spa Ceylon de-stress art ritual held at the Fairway Galle Literary Festival 2019. For the Art Therapy segment participants were taken through a relaxation exercise incorporating art and breathing followed by a time of colouring.
