‘Breathe’

A Creative Arts-Based Experiential Workshop - October 2019

This experiential workshop was catered to adults and we dealt with issues such as burn out and stress and learnt various means of showing compassion to oneself and the importance of self-care. It was a successful workshop with participants from varying professions. Nevertheless, we spent 4 hours together engaging in activities such as play, mindfulness and meditative exercises, and exploring the creative arts therapies together. A Big Thank You to all the participants who made this workshop a success!!
